The reception desk is open from 7.00 am to 12.00 pm, after that, there is a night porter on duty only in case of emergency.

 

The main entrance is open from 7.00 am to 12.00 pm; however, if you plan to return after midnight, please ask for the night key at the Reception desk. We thank you for giving it back the following morning.

For your convenience and security, we ask you to leave the room keys at the reception desk every time you exit the hotel. The personnel at the reception desk are at your disposal in providing tourist information and helpful explanations of Rome’s public services.

 

In addition, we are able to help with possible reservations at museums and monuments, city tours, transportation to and from the airport for groups or individuals, and weekly passes for the public transportation system.

You can also obtain regular tickets for the bus and subway at the reception desk. To guarantee that your room will be cleaned on a daily basis, we ask you to leave the keys at the front desk before 12.00 p.m. every day.

On the day of your departure, we ask you to check out of your room by 10.00 a.m; however, if you plan to leave the city later in the day, you may leave your baggage in our charge until midnight with no additional fee.
